Pickup and return of the car takes place at the headquarters of Amizu ehf at Bugðufljót 15L, 270 Mosfellsbaer.
For an additional fee, we offer a car transfer to Keflavik Airport.
To pick up the car, please arrive at the time indicated on your reservation and inform Amizu ehf if you are late.
Returns policy
- Return times: The car should be returned on the agreed date in accordance with the rental agreement. Late fees may be subject to additional charges.
- Car condition: The car should be returned in the same condition as when picked up. Any damage or soiling that exceeds normal wear and tear may be subject to a repair or cleaning fee.
- Fuel: The car should be returned with the same amount of fuel as it had when picked up. Otherwise, the rental company may impose an additional refueling fee.
- Accessories: All accessories supplied with the car (e.g. child seats, navigation systems) should be returned complete and in good condition. Missing or damaged accessories may be subject to a charge.
- Documentation: All documents such as the service book, owner`s manual and registration documents should be returned with the car.
- Exceeding mileage limit: If your contract has a mileage limit, exceeding it may result in additional charges.
- Return at a different location: If the customer wishes to return the car at a different location than the pick-up location, this will be subject to an additional fee.
- Inspection upon return: The rental company may inspect the car upon return to confirm condition and any damage.
